UDFC Team Selections – Summer 2019

On this page are the links for selected teams for U12 Whitecaps, U12 Prospects, all A teams, all AA teams & all AAA teams for the summer season.

I am on a team. What happens next?

Tomorrow, you will receive an email from the club with a link to the official registration for your program. Once you get this email, click the link and sign your child up. If you have any issues with registration, please email Deborah at deborahm@udfc.ca.

I am on the “To Be Assessed” list. What happens next?

By Tuesday at 5pm, you will receive an email from our Technical Staff (either Mesut or Adam). This will give you the information you need to know where and when your child will be assessed. These will be during the regular practice times for the team. If you have questions about this process, please email Mesut Mert, tdmesut@udfc.ca or Adam Miller, dos@udfc.ca

I do not see my child’s name on any list. What do I do?

If your child’s name is not on any of the lists and you definitely have them registered, then they may have been placed at the community level. If this is the case, you will receive an email on Monday confirming this placement. If you DO NOT receive an email on Monday, then a mistake may have been made. Please contact Adam Miller at dos@udfc.ca as soon as you can.

I have questions about my child’s placement. What do I do?

We ask you to wait 24 hours and discuss the players placement with your child in that time period. After 24 hours, please feel free to contact us by phone, email or in person. We will arrange meetings if that is what you desire.

East Coast Varsity – Parking Lot Safety

When visiting the East Coast Varsity dome, please be sure to park in the dome-designated parking lot.  This lot can be accessed via Poseidon Crt.

There is insufficient space in the arena parking lot to accommodate both facilities, so it’s important that we park accordingly.

Even more important, is the safety of our members, coaches, families and friends.  The fenced off area between the arena and dome is designated for the Zamboni machine and is completely off-limits. (Unless, of course, you are a Zamboni!)
