United DFC Rising Leaders
United DFC's "Rising Leaders" Junior Soccer Coach Initiative for youth and young adults is designed to cultivate the next generation of soccer leaders by providing aspiring coaches with valuable skills, hands-on experience, and mentorship opportunities. Join us in this exciting journey to develop not just soccer expertise, but also leadership qualities that will shape the future of youth soccer coaching.
We are looking for coaches interested in working for United DFC as a coach as well as coaches who are interested in volunteering to coach. Commitment may range from as little as 1 hour a week with a team suited to your needs to full time summer employment for participants in the 16-30 age range.
All volunteer coaches may ask for a reference letter and/or confirmation of their hours which will help with school credit as well as job and scholarship applications.
Additionally, our summer and winter staff coaching positions will be filled from the pool of participants in our Rising Leaders coaching program, offering growth opportunities to those who actively engage in our community.
