United DFC Player Committee Seeking Inaugural Members
United DFC recognizes the invaluable insights and perspectives of its players in shaping the club's culture, experiences, and community engagement. To foster a stronger connection between the players and the club, the establishment of a United DFC Players Committee is imperative. This committee will serve as a platform for players to voice their opinions, provide feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of the United DFC experience.
Objectives

To collect feedback from players regarding their experiences, concerns, and suggestions related to United DFC.

To address player concerns effectively and implement improvements to enhance the overall player experience.

To celebrate and amplify the positive aspects of the club as identified by the players.

To align committee efforts with the strategic priorities of United DFC, specifically Stakeholder Development, UDFC Experience, and Community and Social Responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities Player Committee Members

Act as ambassadors for teams and facilitate communication between players and the club.

Regularly collect feedback from players through various channels, including surveys, workshops, and social media polls. This includes the design of surveys.

Collaborate with club officials to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the player experience and fostering community engagement.

Participate in club events and activities to promote unity, inclusivity, and social responsibility.

Maintain transparency and accountability by providing regular updates on committee activities and outcomes.

The Player Committee will be piloted beginning April 2024, through Fall 2024.
Members selected through the expression of interest process will be from various playing backgrounds and ages.
Members of the council should be active UDFC members.
The anticipated commitment is 5 hours per month.
We welcome players from U14-U18 to submit the expression of interest
here, by the deadline.
We are accepting expressions of interest until March 18th 2024 at 11:59pm.
