Too often, women are introduced to soccer by being thrust onto a team without any instruction. They are required to “play to learn”, and are often thrown into tense situations without proper training. The United DFC Breakfast Club takes a different approach to Women’s Soccer - we believe in the “learn to play” approach, not the reverse.
The Program delivers skill development and soccer fitness training in a fun and social environment where absolute beginners and returning players can develop their understanding of the game and execution of soccer behaviours. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to join this program which puts social interaction and health at the helm. We have partnered with Palladium Restaurant to provide <incentive> for players who wish to share breakfast with friends after training.
