Walking Soccer
Looking for a fun and active way to enjoy soccer at a slower pace? Walking Soccer is perfect for seniors! Whether you're a retired player or have never played before, this program is fun and active for all levels.
Similar to traditional soccer, walking soccer is played in a gym with a ball and two teams, but with one key rule: participants MUST WALK. It’s non-contact, making it a great way to stay active, socialize, and enjoy the beautiful game.
Men and women are welcome to join this fun-filled hour of walking soccer!
