The United DFC Senior AAA/AA Programs compete in the Nova Scotia Soccer League (NSSL) 7v7 indoor league.
As part of the High Performance stream, team selections will be made based on a set of criteria. Known UDFC players will be assessed by coaches based on their long-term performance, commitment, etc. New players are welcome to be assessed for a given program through training.
Once we confirm our final numbers at this level the squads will be chosen to ensure the players have a positive experience within the squad they are most aligned with.
