UDFC is excited to post for the role of Manager, Administration & Finance. Hiring for this position will result in the following key impacts:

• Optimized financial and administrative operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and streamlined administration processes.
• Reduced administrative burden on soccer development staff, enabling them to focus more fully on enhancing the on-field product and player/coach experience.
• Direct oversight of the on-field product by Nino, who will lead and support soccer development staff to ensure program quality and alignment with strategic goals.
